Each glassybaby is hand-blown by skilled artisans in our hot shop. Because they are handmade, every piece is unique with slight variations in size, color, and bubble patterns.
What is the best way to clean my glassybaby?
We recommend hand-washing your glassybaby with warm water and mild soap. Avoid using a dishwasher, as high heat and harsh detergents can damage the finish over time.
What kind of candle should I use in my glassybaby?
Our votives are designed for standard tea lights or small votive candles. For a flame-free experience, high-quality LED tea lights also work beautifully to illuminate the glass.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders typically process within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your glassybaby. If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in its original condition.
