Returns & Exchanges

At glassybaby, we want you to love your hand-blown glass treasures. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on items in original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Carefully wrap your glassybaby in its original packaging and boxing to ensure it is protected during transit, as we cannot refund broken items.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned glass at our studio, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
